Thanks Sami, I tried it but no go.  I tried moving the corresponding GOTO out of an IF-ENDIF but no go.
It's an edit routine, choosing names from a DBGRID.  If I click an Exit pushbutton on the form, the form closes, returns to the command file and goes to LABEL DONE.  Then if I run the command file again it runs fine and finds that START label.  Yes I checked, there is only one LABEL START.  Seems like the first time through it can only find labels looking ahead, not behind.  2nd time, it finds 'em all OK.

Tnx,
Doug

I got that message once, too - try deleting the line "LABEL START" from your
command file and re-typing it and saving your command file again. For some
reason, that worked fine for me...

Subject: [RBG7-L] - Going back to 77 from 78

I upgraded to 78 and got "Cannot find Label START" error message. I
don't think that's the real issue but have been tracing/debugging forms
& apps for several days to no avail.
Can I just rerun the RBG71_Update_77 & HelpFiles to reinstall ver 77?

Tnx,
Doug
