Has anyone had problems with
variables resetting in report footers.
This seems to happen when I use
breakpoints.
Current
example:
Using the
following:
vCount = (.vCount +1)
- Breakpoint1
vCount = (.vCount1 +1) -
Breakpoint0
vCount =
(.vCount2 +1) - Report Footer
All are calculating on
the detail line.
Please note sums of
other variables in the report footer are not resetting either not just the count
variables.
In the 1st instance I
copied another report.
In the next case I
created a new report and had the same problem.
Had this problem with
two report yesterday and re-wrote them from scratch and no
problems.
This is confusing me a
little.
Sami, Your explanation
worked great. I am now having fun with breakpoints and it is working great
except for this report footer situation.
