This seems odd:
A Scrolling Region's properties for the Background Color
and Selected Row both default to BtnFace yet when the form is run the
Selected Row appears as Navy - on my system, at least.
However,
I have a number of S/Rs that I use for display purposes
- the only use made of them is to move the scroll bar(s) if need be - and I
don't want a "Selected Row" to be highlighted.
The only way that I have been able to get the "same"
colour for the Selected Row as all the other rows is to change the colour to
Default, select the same colour as the Background Color, and then change
one of the component colours or Hue/Sat/Lum by one point. This produces a colour
that is, to all intents and purposes, the same.
With this done the form runs with no (obvious) visible
difference in the colours of the S/R's rows.
Is this the expected behaviour for the Selected Row
colour setting? To me, the whole point of setting it and the Background Color
the same would be to get the same and setting them to be different would be to
get them different. Or is my logic colour-blind?
