I did not provide these commands. I had echo set on and that's what I saw. I don't know where they came from.

"Command Separator" is required.

if the email posted correctly, it may be as simple as
SET VAR RBTI_FORM_COLNAME TEXT = 'CUSTNO' SET VAR RBTI_FORM_DIRTYVAR + INTEGER = '0'
A space between Custno and Set, and a + to continue the command onto the next line.
