OK, last email on this subject!
I don't want folks to think there may be a boo-boo I reported in RB7 when that is not the case. The error appears to be 99.9% programmer inflicted.
In a one table scrolling region form, when listing variables, I saw that table_name_A was both the Main table and the Slave table. This may have been a problem in an earlier version of Convert, but it seems to work fine now.

In the spirit of the RB7 list, you post a question, wait a few days, and then if no answer, figure it out yourself.
I did play with my multi row screen a bit and the "Data has been changed by another user..." message only happens when I use a popup menu on a null column value and then click to a different row. If I initialize the column value with one of the default character settings I don't get the warning message. Not a problem for my application but it may be for someone else.

But, when going from row to row making changes, I still get the "Data has been changed by another user..." message. It seems to happen when the column value has been changed from a blank to a text character and works OK if being changed from a text character to another text character. Work around?
