Per your response below, those are the exact things I did with my
variable label in my scrolling region.  And it works perfectly fine in
EDIT mode.  But when I do an "enter using", I get only one row of
data at a time.  It clears and gives me a new row each time, even
though the multiple rows of data are getting into the table.  I'm going
to submit a bug report for the "enter using".

Step back and think about this one for a moment.  EDIT USING will give a result set based on the WHERE clause provided, so you can indeed have multiple rows.  But ENTER USING differs in that it offers up a blank row for you to fill in, in effect.  ENTER USING knows nothing about existing rows.

Seems to me this behavior is exactly as expected.

What I might suggest is that on your EDIT USING form you have a button to add a new row.  The eep would insert the blank row, issue a  PROPERTY TABLE tablename 'REFRESH'  and navigate to it.  Naturally, if a WHERE clause is in play, the "blank" row will have to meet those same criteria.
