Emmitt, With thanks to Dawn Oakes, who put me straight on this last year, the way to do this (if I interpret your request correctly) is to use the following command in the On After Start EEP in the Enhanced Tab Control
PROPERTY Mtcelogeform ACTIVEPAGEINDEX 0 Where Mtcelogeform is set as the component id for the Enhanced Tab Control, not the page itself.
