I believe the DIALOG is really what you want. PAUSE is not intended to
capture user input, just to place a message on the screen

Anyone think differently?

Subject: [RBG7-L] - Pause Box trap for Close Window

I have placed a Pause command in my code that asks the user to hit ok when
they have finished an external task (scan) or to hit esc to skip and bypass
this step. Trapping Lastkey(0) I can process whether they have Hit the OK
button (Enter) or Esc key. But when the user clicks on the Close window (X)
button in the upper right, it gives lastkey the result of as if the user hit
ok (Enter). I would think clicking close window would be sort of a user
cancel or escape option. I know this behavior is the same in 6.5++. So my
question becomes is there a way to see if the user hit the Close window (X)
button coming out of a pause 2 command so that I can process this as a User
Cancel.
What I have done is changed this to a Dialog command, with 2 buttons,
Continue or Cancel. In the Dialog case when the user hits the Close Window
(X) I can use the vkey result which comes up as 'Esc' So I do have a work
around, but I like pause command for these instances and wanted to see if
there was a way to see that the Close Window (X) was hit by the user.
