01. First, make sure that you are using the "DB Memo" control,
if using a column value or "Variable Memo" control, if
using the Variable value.
02. Adjust the "width" accordingly and leave the "height" same
as other controls on the same band.
03. Right-click on the control and make sure to select "Stretch"
property. (checked)
04. Click on the [Report Preview] tab to preview the report
while in Report Designer.
(First 100 records will be displayed in Preview mode)
05. Save the report and close the report designer.
That's all there is to it!
For samples, take a look at the following reports in ConComp
sample database to demonstrate the use of such feature:
Database: ConComp
Reports: Contact, ContactByCustomer
