Hi Deb, Over the last three or four days I have (I think) resolved all _but_ the problem of "white space" in printing a report to a file.
Unfortunately, the solution that I have used to ensure accurate data appears to create more white space! However, there do appear to be ways to reduce it but it seems to depend on various factors. If I remember to set it going I intend to run the program that creates all my text reports overnight tonight - it takes about 5 hours. If the results are as accurate as I hope/expect I will let you know. If you then want I will e-mail you a MS Word document that I have created that contains screen-grabs of what I believe to be the relevant settings combined with the best explanation that I have along with the suggestions for reducing the white space. You can have it in whatever format Word will save it in but I won't send it until after my test print run in case I need to make any further adjustments. Naturally, if anybody else would like a copy of the document please let me know off-list.
