Marc,

Create one button with an eep that does:

        NEXTROW
        RETURN

Now, create another button that does:

        NEXTROW
        NEXTROW
        NEXTROW
        NEXTROW
        NEXTROW
        NEXTROW
        NEXTROW
        RETURN

The only trick here in a multiple-table form is making sure the table you want to act upon has focus when the button is clicked. The way I do this with a three-table form, where I want to go to the first row, is:

  SET VAR vtabname = .RBTI_FORM_TBLNAME
  IF vtabname = 'invallw' THEN
    PROPERTY TABLE invallw 'FIRST'
  ELSE
    NEXTTAB
    SET VAR vtabname = .RBTI_FORM_TBLNAME
    IF vtabname = 'invallw' THEN
      PROPERTY TABLE invallw 'FIRST'
    ELSE
      NEXTTAB
      PROPERTY TABLE invallw 'FIRST'
    ENDIF
  ENDIF

Basically I'm just checking what the current table is before issuing the command, and if it isn't what I want, I do a NEXTTAB and check again.

Hi

I have a 2 table form linking on a date field.

I need a Bit button or speed button that can be linked to the first table.
I want to be able to have a button that does 1 next row to go the the
next date and one that will do 7 next rows to move 7 days or 1 week.

I was able to do this in 6.x but can't figure out how to do it in 7.x
I can use the DB Navigator but that only allows you to move 1 row
at a time or to the end.

Thanks
Marc
