A long time ago you gave me wonderful tip how not to use CTRL-PrintScrn
and paste into word, that I have misplaced (Yes sometimes I am not that
well organized)! Can you recall it? I Hope subject tells what I am
asking for?

I am not sure what you are looking for, but to print current screen, I
found a freeware named PRINTNOW very simple and easy to install.

When loaded and a user press ALT+PRINTER, it display a windows showing
the
current printer. Press OK .... and the current screen prints.
Printer, scale ... can be changed.
Very convenient. My users likes it.
The only (little) problem is .... that langage can't be changed (english
only).

You should find it on ZDNET.COM

Best regards,
