Here's something I just picked up from someone. At the R> prompt type LAUNCH .
(that's LAUNCH followed by a space and a single period). A Windows Explorer
window will open showing the current directory.
Very useful, once you've done some work on a database and created some new
files (like form unloads), to get a window to package up the work you've done,
rather than staring My Computer and navigating to the right directory.
