Dear Razzak
Personally, I'm looking forward to R:Tutor
Perhaps easy to follow step-by-step tutorials (with detailed guidelines) on best programming practices, report and form design, tips and tricks...
For those of us who lack detailed programming knowledge
David,
May your wish come true!
As a matter of fact, R:BASE 7.1 for Windows (Beginner's Tutorial) is in the works (85%).

This tutorial will be available as a In-Line Help | Tutorial and a PDF Manual.
It's being proof-read by our in-house staff as well as a few volunteers on this list, including Bob Speth, Ken Daly to mention a few.
Stay tuned for an official announcement of R:Tutor!
