I seem to recall this was a problem in an earlier version for
me, but I seem to have run into a form corruption of some sort.
I copied a form and moved / deleted some db edits, and added
some buttons etc. in testing, in a pop-up I get the error:
Field" not found
Then I can no longer enter data into dbedits the cursor is
there, the data is not!!!
Bob,
A few suggestions:
01. Open the form in Form Designer
02. Use "Object List" to get the list of all "Database Controls"
placed on the form
To access Object List:
Form Designer | Main Menu | Layout | Toolbars | Object List
Dock or leave this Object List float, if you wish.
03. Highlight/Click the first DB Control in that list and press
[F11] key to access the properties of highlighted DB Control
Verify the associated "Table Name" and "Data Field"
04. Repeat Step 04 for all remaining DB Controls in Object List
During this process, also verify "Table/View Name" as well
as "Column Returned" values for all Pop-up Menus, if used.
Hope that helps!
Very Best R:egards,
Razzak.
P.S. If all else fails, send me that form and we'll see what we find.
