Emails I've saved indicate that Bernie had this question, Razzak answered to look at 3 reports in concomp, including YTDInvoiceTotal which has both page and report footers. Bernie had a response of having to "add white space to make the footer print higher" -- I'm assuming he meant adding white space to the bottom of the page footer? So I tried that, but making the page footer just the tiniest bit taller made the report footer go on a separate page.
Karen,
Here's how:
01. Based on the page setup and margins, simply increase the "Height"
of the "Page Footer" band which will also increase the white space.02. Then, move all DB Text, DB Calc, and System Variable controls on
Page Footer band at the top of this band, to leave room for the
Report Footer contents underneath it.03. Right-click on the gray area of the Report Footer [^ Report Footer]
band and select Position... Assign the exact Print Position
(keeping in mind the page footer setting as defined in step 02)You may need to adjust the Report Footer Print Position as needed.
04. Click on [Preview Report] tab
Scroll down to see all contents of the Page Footer
Click on Last Page [>|] icon to see all contents of Page Footer
and Report Footer, right after the Page Footer, on the last page.Hope that helps!
Very Best R:egards,
Razzak.
