Larry:  Thanks for the explanation.  So it does work opposite of what
it did in 6.5.  I must've missed that in training or in emails.  You can make a
point that either way makes more sense.  I suppose a Page Footer SHOULD
be at the bottom of every page, with everything printed above it.  In 6.5 you
could do it either way, by having a PF either be a "floating" one, or by
specifying a specific print area.  But the report footer always printed after it.

In my situation, I can't have the RF go to the next page because it's a
static text area where the member signs that he has read the stuff on the
page.  Doesn't make sense to have the signoff on a different page!  I guess
the PF stuff can below the signoff.  I'll ask the client!  (You'll see on another
email that I couldn't get Razzak's instructions to work.)

No, that's correct, although under normal circumstances the report footer will
appear on the last page of the report, but above the page footer band.

Previous versions of R:Base for Windows had a couple of very odd "features" for
reports.  First, the page footer would normally float around the page,
appearing after the last regular text.  This could be right near the top of the
page if you had a break section that feed pages and had only one or two records
in the section.  You could get around this by specifying a "line #" (shades of
DOS!) to move the page footer to a common location on the page, but even that
was a bit kludgy.
