[RBG7-L] - Hint Ready for 7

Hi

I keep seeing Ready for 7 for the Hint when the
pointer is pointing to the background on a Tab
form.  Also, if I do not have a hint on an object
I see Ready for 7 too.

I can't seem to find why this is happening.
Any suggestions?
