Here's an interesting problem. I have a potential client currently using
Access and I'm going to do a demo of R:Base for them in 10 days. I'd LOVE
to woo them away. They use Publisher, which I'm not familiar with, to print
a newsletter. They have names and addresses of those getting the newsletter
in Access. Currently, they produce the newsletter with 3 steps:

1. Print the newsletter
2. Print mailing labels from Access
3. Stick the labels on the newsletters!

David,

In addition to Claudine Robbins and Oma Cox's suggestions, a few
more options for your demo, conversion, as well well the entirely
automated application.

Here's how:

01. Use GATEWAY IMPORT (MS Access) option to IMPORT data into R:BASE

02. Once all data is imported, use Report Designer's RTF MailMerge
option to design cooooool RTF publications, including the option
to stick labels along with built-in PostNet Bar Codes and more ...

03. Existing MS Publisher documents can be saved as "RTF" file for
easy conversion to Report Designer's RTF control.
