Here's how:
Answer to your question #1:
01. Open the form in Form Designer
02. Form Designer | Form Properties | [ ] Auto Scroll
Check the Auto Scroll CheckBox
Click on [OK] to save form properties
03. Click on [Run Form] button or use [Ctrl+F9] to View
Answer to your question #2:
01. Multi-Page forms are converted as Multi-Page Tab Form using the Tab Control
02. Select the Tab Control and then use Right-Click key for Tab Control Properties
03. Use [Next Page] option or Goto option to select the appropriate page.
