RBengine.dll

On my (non-networked) pc it's in (and only in) C:\WIndows\System.

It's very rare but maybe it became corrupted when you had your outtage.

If you haven't already done so, I think that I would be tempted to re-apply
the latest update to ensure all the main R:Base files are ok. It's a
relatively very easy thing to do compared to a complete re-install and the
above dll should get replaced in that process as well.
