Thanks Lawrence. Well you obviously smarter than me! I have some code to clean up. Although I have had problems making the getproperty work with quotes. Part of my problem may be that I  go way way back with rbase  (I remember the major conversion to 4.0, or was it 5.0?) and still use " instead of '.I have always wondered if that causes me problems. . Just to much code still around from the old days.
