Delete duplicates does not apply to views, sorry (no mater if its a unique
table view - updateble view).
The solution from Dawn is OK.

I have a table that can have duplicate rows (Dos 6.1) Is there a way I can
delete dup rows based on certain fields?

example

  5 fields >  reqdate, section, range, plot, compdate
I want to delete the row where reqdate,section,range,plot are equal and
compdate fails?
