I thought the issue was when you bring the report up on the screen, then choose to print the report from the viewer screen, the totals get doubled???
Several weeks ago Razzak suggested a work around to print to a PDF, view it and then be able to print it without the totals having to be calculated again, and that he was going to try and correct the problem in an upcoming build.
Maybe I missed something in your original thread.

One further oddity has cropped up - when I print the report a SECOND time, it comes out right. Iow, Run the report, get the right number, Print it (to rpintr of file) get the wrong number, print again, get the right number.
Strange, no?
