What is your operating system? If the Windows uninstall is broken, you may have 
more serious
problems with you PC than just R:Base. To uninstall without the help of the 
utility, you will need
to edit your registry. This is not a job to be undertaken lightly. An error in 
this process can
render your computer unusable.
