Subject: [RBG7-L] - Using Alt + letter with a Group Bar menu

Hi all

I set up a Group Bar style menu a while back using Razzak's great model.
I'm now trying to create a new one for a client and add to it the
ability to
using Alt + letter to bring down an option.

In all other menu styles in R:Base that support this (tree view, design
menu
bar, drop down menu buttons), R:Base goes by "level". In other words
consider this menu:

&First Choice
  Sub &1
  Sub &2

&Second Choice
   Sub &1
   Sub &2
   &Final sub

where & represents what get's underlined. In most menus, pressing Alt +
F
drops down the choices under the MAIN MENU choice, First Choice. Then
you
can press a 1 to select a sub-choice under it.

With a group bar menu, pressing Alt + F does TWO things: it brings down
the
choices under First Choice AND it executes the choices under the
sub-choice
Final Sub! Is this a bug that others can replicate? As things stand
now,
EVERY option in the ENTIRE menu, main choices plus those under it, would
have to have unique letters or numbers, limiting total number of choices
to
36 unless we add in special characters.

I find this BOTH in 7.1 and 7.5.
