Maybe this will help. In Outlook 2003, Tools/Rules and Alerts. Set a rule where your RBG7 list messages automatically go into a separate folder. That's also the best way to keep messages organized.

(I also had one other error, not related to R:Base, that other people might want to be aware of -- I was separating multiple users in the TO: field with semicolons because that is the way you type them in the To: line in Outlook, however, MAPI requires the separate to be a comma). Now, another related but non-R:Base question. Do you know anyway to tell Outlook that it should accept emails sent by RBG7 without asking, multiple times, whether the user is sure? -- Larry
