I guess it would depend on which properties the theme holds. For example if
only fonts and colors (and not sizes) are stored, then the developer would
be responsible for determining the best text size for...say a speed button;
on the other hand, if the text size is also stored, then all the buttons
would have to be the same size other wise the text would look too big on a
small button or too small on a large button...
It would be nice to know exactly what parameters a theme holds...

Actually, we had a rather vigorous discussion at the R:Chautauqua
weekend about whether it was a good idea to have this command:

PROPERTY RBASE_FORM THEMENAME <RThemeName>

It does allow a lot of customization, but it also creates its own
danger. One theme will have different sizes of fonts and buttons and the
like from another theme. A form that looks fine with one theme might get
a bit disfigured with another.

Razzak and RBTI decided to let us have the power, with the warning that
we are responsible for whatever mess we create with it!
