Jan What If would have done is something like this (if it one file tou lokking for):
Out Filsize.txt Dir filename.ext Out ter load predefinedtable from filezize.txt SET V vtext = fieldname from predefined table Set v vsize text = (sget(.vtext,12,13)) The predfinedtable should have filed of say text 80 The 12 and 13 in the sget is approx whar I belive it is not tested by me you have try out the exakt number It was discussed not long ago and there any many ways to handle this so search something like 2-3 weeks back on list and I think you will find many more suggestions.
