If the CSRs ever get that verbose, we'll have more problems than a
broken table!     They're instructions, not specifications.  So things
that are different than the norm are noted.

Actually, I inherited the table like that and rarely is there a lot of
data in all five note fields.  I had been using it for years before I
knew about the limit.  Once I investigated a little further, I decided
it wasn't an issue.  Usually one note field has a few sentences and the
others have a few words.  Things like 'New Layout' or 'Increase dry time
to 48 hours.'  The longest total of all the note fields combined is
about 1250 characters.  I've been contemplating combining a couple of
them into one field because they're not used frequently, but it's not
something that hasn't made it to the top of the priority list.

Dawn, you do have a potential problem. If the note fields plus key ever
add up to more than the 4k row size limit, you will have a broken table.
Just a FYI. As long as the note fields are never filled completely, you
are ok.
