What I would like to integrate somehow is calendar data. I want to be
able to do at least one of the following: Enter information into the
Exchange calendar and then get it into Rbase without alot of manual
intervention. Enter information into Rbase and then create appointments
in Exchange (outlook is the front end) We have Exchange 2003 and Outlook
2003.
I am aware that I can send e-mails directly out of Rbase.

Can you be more specific (addresses, emails?) You can import / export
obviously, but if you want something automated, depending on what you're
trying to do, I think you'll have to use VB and write some kind of
script. What version of Exchange?
