Rod VERY VERY rarely, I've had this happen with an R:Base 7.x form. I've found two things to help.
1. Exit R:Base, come back in and try to open up the form again. 2. if the problem persists, restore from a backup of the form (you do right click / unload to a file regularly, don't you.....?)
