I have not experienced what you describe.  Very rarely, if R:base is doing strange things I try exiting and coming back in and then sometimes helps.  One of the things I love about DBCalcs is that they AUTOMATICALLY know to reset themselves in the break where they are placed.

Subject: [RBG7-L] - DB Calc

OK.

7.1.81.30505

Building a report on a view. Report has 2 breaks. I have a DB Calc in each break. Both are counts for row totals.
1 in the Dept break and the other in the Customer break.

When I create the report and test it in preview, it works great. Move a label or something and back to force a dirty and save the report.
Immediatedly re-design the report and it doesn't count. Check my DB-Calcs and the breaks are missing.
I put the breaks back in and the report works great again. Re-move a lable or something and re-save the report.

I can't seem to get the DB-Calcs to stick in the breaks.

What am I missing?
