Here's how:
01. Know the directory where RSpellChecker.RBL is installed.
02. At the R> prompt or in a command file:
PLUGIN RSpellChecker.RBL SETUP
If typed correctly with the specified location of RSpellChecker.RBL,
it will bring up the "Spelling Options" window to specify all
options as well as the location of dictionaries, etc.
Form Designer > Utilities > plugins? RSpellChecker does not show.
FYI, RSpellChecker.RBL PLUGIN is NOT a type 100 Plugin. Only the
type 100 Plugins are listed under Utilities | Plugins ...
