Dennis:
Make sure that the TXT extension is associated with Notepad. You can test
this by opening the Windows Explorer and then double clicking on the
xcrosstab.txt; if it opens correctly then your associations is OK, if it
does not open and instead display a message that says that it cannot open,
then, choose the option "select the program from a list" and the press OK.
When the list opens, select Notepad, check the box at the bottom that says
"always use this program to open this type of file" and press OK, now the
extension TXT is permanently associated to Notepad.

Subject: [RBG7-L] - LAUNCH

In our app, a Notepad file is created and then Launched:

OUTPUT XCROSSTAB.TXT
WRITE ...
CROSSTAB ...
OUTPUT SCREEN
LAUNCH XCROSSTAB.TXT
...

The launch fails because it is looking for an explicit file name and not
just the default folder.
This use to work. Do all file names need a full pathname?

TIA,

Dennis
