Yes, Please!!  I second the request.  I have had this happen before and it is a mess until you figure out what went wrong.

A few years ago you posted to this list a method for ensuring that one's dummy
table for variable forms consistenly had one and only one row.  Having just
seen a system go down because the dummy table had it's one row deleted, I
wonder if you could repost that technique?
