Dennis,
It's gremlins.
My spell check involves a db rich text object and
sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
I can't seem to pin this down. I've tried
re-locating the dictionary with setup but that doesn't do it
I'm at a loss on how to submit this to
RBTI.
If you said they are aware of it -- is someone
looking into it?

cannot modify
Bernie,
Mine seems to work properly except
when I am spell checking rows in a multi table region. And there I haven't
been able to determine what causes it to work sometimes and not
others.

Bernie,
I've run into this
also and I believe RBTI is aware it's not working quite right. Also,
sometimes the Spell check screen loses focus and is "behind" my Rbase form.
(Unless I move or close my form I don't see it.) So far I can't replicate
either on a consistent basis.

It happened again, this time
doing the plugin setup didn't help. Putting the plugin command into the
command line or eep is not cool cause then it brings up the setup
screen.
So can anyone shed any light on this error? Please help!
help! help!

Ineresting. The gremlins
are really out to get you. What happens if you add the plugin command
to your startup file?

Albert, It was in the
app not in the designer. edit using customer has a button that
will edit using proposal (form in a form). But here's the
interesting part: I went to the R> and redid (is there such a
word) the setup and now it works. This happened at my
customers site also. I installed it, it worked. Then no
change to anything except I exited R:Base. Now it's time to
show customer how great it works -- boom embarassment
time. But I went to the R> and did plugin
RSpellchecker.rbl setup |0 and it worked. Somehow
I think it might be losing the connection to the dictionary,
except that it does bring it up. So???????
