[RBG7-L] - View where key in table1 does not exisit in table2

I need to build a view where the values in table 'phone'  do not exist in 
table2 'phone'. I'm sure this is covered in the documentation, but I don't 
know what it is called. Can anyone give me keywords so find it in a search 
and can learn how to do this.  Or better yet, give me a code example.
