[RBG7-L] - Property command in scrolling region

I have a popup in a scrolling region where, after the user makes their pick, I update another column in the row using the Property command.

PROPERTY Recpts_TrCode TEXTVALUE .xtrcode

But... it changes all the rows. Any way to limit it to just the focused row?

More to the point, how are other folks handling updates (which I use to do in Expressions) in scrolling regions? Check boxes, dropdowns, radio buttons, etc., aren't allowed and I was hoping I could resolve all these issues with PROPERTY. If I write a new form (single row) to go to when editing a single row in the scrolling region, then that would seem to help but then updating the right (and only) row back in the region is a challenge (and help appreciated).
