I believe that the ETXT and TXT options are switched around. ETXT should
give the report emulation that you are looking for. TXT should give the
comma/tab delimited or fixed length file. But TXT gives the report emulation
- and misses records, while ETXT works fine to produce the text file as
specified in the "Print to Text File Setup..." dialog of the File menu in
the Report Designer. You got the error message because you tried the ETXT
option, RBase thought it was TXT and you didn't have the setup filled in.
