Take a look at the "Universal Data Browser" Part I and II.

Both sample applications will demonstrate the use of such
functionality based on a click of a mouse to dynamically
change the resulting data on the fly!

You'll see a combination of several form controls.

You may also want to take a look at the "CustomerManagement"
form included with RRBYW10 (RBG7.5) to demonstrate the use
of "Variable Lookup ListBox" in combination with a dynamic
display of related lookup values accordingly.
