Thanks for the comprehensive document list.  One you
didn't mention but which some might find helpful was
the excellent RBase 2000 v6.5++ reference guide
(rbg65.pdf).  Even though it hasn't been updated to
reflect changes in subsequent versions. It still beats
my v5.5 DOS hardcopy manual.  I figure it will be easy
to pencil in the changes since it was created.

I agree that it would be expensive for your company to
print.  I'm just grateful that there are PDF versions
since compiled help files (.CHM) don't lend themselves
to printing as a PDF does.
