[RBG7-L] - Right Click on Speed Buttons

Hi

Does 7.5 allow Right click on Speed Buttons?

I want my users to be able to Right Click on 
any DB Edit field or Speed Button and pop
up a help box.

If 7.5 does not allow this, would it be hard
to add?
