Paula, you can set the same printer up more than once in the "Printers & Faxes" 
in Windows. If you
set the printer up both as the best possible quality, and then "Add Printer", 
selecting the same
printer driver, but setting the quality to draft, with a name that suggests 
draft quality, the
user then uses whichever printer he/she wants, selecting the one that defaults 
to the quality
needed.
