James,
It looks like you have a combination of old and new RBEgine files
on your workstation. Most likely duplicate DLLs when using the
[Server Update] one time and then [Typical Update] the second time.
In order to clean that mess, please follow the instructions below:
01. Close RBG7 session(s) and exit R:BASE
02. Search your computer for duplicate RBENG*.* files.
You'll notice the RBENGINE.DLL file with different dates.
If found in different directories, either rename or delete
them accordingly.
03. Repeat Step 02 for RBIO.DLL
04. Download the latest update 81 (Build: 7.1.81.30707):
http://www.rupdates.com/rbg71
Apply the latest update accordingly.
Use [Typical] install if not using server setup.
Typical Setup:
. RBENGIN1.MSG (C:\WINDOWS or C:\WinNT)
. RBENGIN2.MSG (C:\WINDOWS or C:\WinNT)
. RBENGIN3.MSG (C:\WINDOWS or C:\WinNT)
. RBENGINE.DLL (C:\WINDOWS\System32 or C:\WinNT\System32)
. RBIO.DLL (C:\WINDOWS\System32 or C:\WinNT\System32)
. RBG7.EXE (C:\RBTI\RBG7)
All files are marked as: 07/07/2005 07:10 AM.
That's all there is to it!
Enjoy the latest update and make sure to have fun!
Very Best R:egards,
Razzak.
