Troy, I worked out the issues for using Oterro w / ASP and I will put up the problems I encountered and the solutions tomorrow. There weren't any great surprises, just that 2003 server (my rig) is more fussy about permissions on the virtual folder containing the DB and the @#$$X? Oterro.cfg file was not where it belonged %windir% ..
I will also suggest some steps to test the code in a plain VBScript file prior to using it in an ASP, just to separate the IIS issue from the Script itself.. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Troy Sosamon" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "RBG7-L Mailing List" <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, July 13, 2005 7:47 PM Subject: [RBG7-L] - Re: Tango / Oterro / Rbase / ASP Assistance Needed. > Scott, > > Have you tested the Oterro connection w/ something else like Excel. > > I have found any time I have problems w/ it I make sure I can connect and > pull data into Excel.
