The form is not based on Temp Tables.
I can find this error message with two different forms, both are two table
forms.
More information:
The Tablenames shown within the error messages always are the second tables.
ERROR -Table <Tablename> does not present in <Formname> form.

If the form is based on a TEMPORARY table(s), then make sure that the
related TEMPORARY table is pre-defined prior to opening that form in
a form designer or running that form.
