I was having problems trying to install update 81 on my ME system when, lo and behold, my entire system crashed and burned. It appears to have been a hard drive failure, and, I suspect, that it might have been the cause of my earlier update problems. I replaced the hard drive and am attempting to start from scratch by installing my original version of 7.0 from the disk. However, RBase does not recognize my original activation code any more (it says that it is incorrect) and when I attempt to access the website to obtain a new one, the website seems to be no longer correct. So, can anyone point me in the right direction to be able to install the original version from disk and then attempt to apply update 81 from the latest website? BTW, I have seized this opportunity to get past the dreaded WinME and have installed using Win2000 Pro. I hope that this will significantly improve the stability of my system. Thanks in advance for your help. James W. Shenk White Rose Designs
