Stephen:
I have a form pretty similar to yours including the tab control with 3 tabs
(all different tables) and scrolling regions in each tab. I always access
the form using "EDIT USING ...." including an arrange clause and I have not
seen a problem. I can see where you would have a problem if you access the
form using "ENTER USING..." although in this case it should bring a blank
form...but as I said, it works fine for me.

Yes, I am using ARRANGE BY. I have tried 81.30720. Same problem. No mention
of the bug in any other "What's new in Update xx".
