Here's how:
01. Start R:BASE 7.5 for Windows (Update 11 or higher)
02. Switch the default directory for RRBYW10
03. RUN RRBYW10.DAT
04. RRBYW10 | Main Menu
Click on "Reports" section of GroupBar item
Notice the item for "Self Designed Reports"
Click on Self Designed Report ...
This will step you through the Step-By-Step Wizard
. Select Table/View
. Select Column(s)
. Build WHERE and ORDER BY clause (optional)
. Select Output (Screen, Printer, PDF)
Select PDF (for fun ...)
. If Printer, use the default printer or select
from the list of available printers
. Click on [Build Syntax] button
. Click on [Continue] button
Click on [Reset] to start all over or
Click on [Cancel] to cancel the process
To extract/review the code, look at the following:
01. Custom EEP defined for "Self Designed Reports"
02. Individual Custom EEPs defined for each button
on the SelfDesignedReports form, including the
Custom EEP defined as "On After Start EEP".
